1. Shipping Origin

All orders are prepared and shipped from Malaysia.

2. Shipping Provider

We primarily use DHL Express for international deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer FREE DHL Express shipping to the United States for eligible Retro Station orders.

Shipping fees for other destinations, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Delivery Time

International delivery via DHL Express typically takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates exclude order preparation time, weekends, public holidays and unexpected customs or courier delays.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Import Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility.

The courier or relevant customs authority may contact the recipient to arrange payment before delivery.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can follow the shipment through the courier's tracking service.

7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains incorrect items or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs, order details or other information to investigate the issue.

This preferred reporting window does not restrict your statutory consumer rights.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure, additional delivery or return charges may apply where legally permitted.
